Welcome to Job Chaahiye, a platform connecting businesses with candidates. Job Chaahiye helps you, the Job Poster, find candidates for your open positions. This guide details everything you need to know about using Job Chaahiye effectively.

Unlocking Opportunities with Job Chaahiye

• Post Jobs and Find Talent: Job Chaahiye streamlines the recruitment process. You can easily post job openings, detailing requirements, responsibilities, and benefits. Search the candidate database and use the filters on your applicant list to find the best fit for your team.
• Hiring Tools: Each listing can carry screening questions that applicants answer when they apply, applicants' CVs can be read in the dashboard, and interviews can be scheduled on the platform, where the candidate accepts or declines the slot. Job Chaahiye does not carry out background checks.

Using Job Chaahiye Responsibly

• Agreement to Terms: By using Job Chaahiye, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These policies outline your rights and responsibilities on the platform. We recommend reviewing them periodically, as Job Chaahiye may update them to reflect changes or improvements.
• Accurate Job Postings: Providing accurate and up-to-date information about your job openings is crucial. This includes details like job description, qualifications, salary range, and location. Clear and truthful postings attract qualified candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Review of Job Postings: Every job is reviewed before candidates can see it. If you change the title, description, pay, job type or joining fee of a job that is already live, it goes back for review and is not shown to candidates until it is approved again. Other changes, such as the address or the number of openings, apply straight away.
• Code of Conduct: Job Chaahiye fosters a professional and respectful environment. The Code of Conduct outlines expectations for user behavior. This includes avoiding discriminatory language, respecting candidate privacy, and adhering to fair hiring practices.

Respecting Intellectual Property

• Third-Party Rights: Ensure that all content you post on Job Chaahiye, including job descriptions and logos, respects intellectual property rights. Avoid using content that infringes on trademarks or copyrights of others.

• Third-Party Content Accuracy: Job Chaahiye strives to provide accurate information on the platform. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content provided by third parties. It's always wise to conduct your own due diligence when considering third-party services or products.

Eligibility and Dispute Resolution

• Age and Location: The Job Chaahiye platform is intended for users above the age of 18 residing in India.
• Dispute Resolution: We strive to provide a smooth user experience. However, if disputes arise between you and Job Chaahiye or another user, we encourage an amicable resolution first. If an agreement cannot be reached, Job Chaahiye may offer arbitration as a means of reaching a fair solution. The arbitration process will be governed by pre-defined rules and applicable laws.

Understanding Your Risks and Limitations

• Platform Availability: Job Chaahiye strives to provide uninterrupted access to the platform. However, technical difficulties may arise. We cannot guarantee error-free service and are not liable for any harm resulting from platform downtime.
• Verification of Information: The information you receive from candidates through Job Chaahiye is provided by them. It's your responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of this information before making any hiring decisions.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Job Chaahiye has a designated Grievance Officer to address your concerns. If you encounter any issues related to content, functionality, or user behavior, you can file a complaint. The process involves submitting a detailed report with relevant information, such as dates, usernames, and screenshots (if applicable). Job Chaahiye will investigate the complaint and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Paid Services

Posting a job on Job Chaahiye is free. There are no paid plans, no paid tiers and no paid placement: every approved listing is shown to candidates on the same terms.

• Coins: The only thing Job Chaahiye sells is coins. One coin unlocks one candidate's contact details in the candidate database, once: opening them again, or downloading their CV afterwards, costs nothing. Downloading the CV of a candidate you have not unlocked costs the same one coin and unlocks them too, so no candidate ever costs you more than one coin. Candidates who apply to your jobs are free to contact. Nothing else on the platform costs a coin, and posting or editing a job never does.
• Buying Coins: Coins are sold in packs at the prices shown on the Buy coins page of the employer dashboard, and paid for through Razorpay. Prices are shown exclusive of GST. Where GST applies, it is added at checkout, and the checkout shows the pack price, the GST and the total before you pay. Every purchase, unlock, refund and bonus is recorded in your coin ledger, which you can read at any time under Credit Usage.
• Refunds of Purchases: Coin purchases are non-refundable. The exceptions are a payment taken twice, coins you paid for that were not credited to your account within 24 hours, and a purchase that failed because of a technical fault on our side. In those cases contact support: we resolve it within 5 working days, and any refund goes back to the original payment method.
• Candidates We Remove: If Job Chaahiye removes a candidate you unlocked, for example as a fake or fraudulent profile, within 7 days of your unlock, the coin is returned to your account automatically. A candidate deleting their own account is not a removal by us, and returns nothing.
• Referral Bonus: When a company you referred makes its first coin purchase, five coins are credited to your account.
• Unlocked Details: A candidate's contact details are unlocked so that you can reach them about a role. A candidate may stop messages from you on the platform at any time; the unlock stands and is not refunded when they do. A coin is not returned because a phone number turns out to be wrong or unreachable.
